Its a stupid question really. Biosafety Rules were a notification under EPA issued in 1989 that led to the creation of GEAC. It is impossible to remember such facts, better we remember it as EPA only.

3/5. Q1 guess went wrong. Q3. GEAC constituted under EPA 1986. No idea about Biosafety rules 1989 🙁

Question two has been framed wrongly. Option 4 should either be ‘none of the above’ since the question asks does ‘not’ deal with. Or else the question should be framed differently as what does IUCN deal with. Do rectify it forum 🙂
