    Q2 is certainly wrong. Indian Diplomats are exempt from all civil, criminal and administrative jurisdiction. And Head of States fall under Immunity Ratione Personae i.e. immunity by virtue of nature of office, not necessarily same as Diplomatic Immunity under Vienna Agreement.

    Can you cite me proof that HoS and Diplomatic Passport holders can be tried under civil cases?

  6. In one way, SC is barred from adjudication in inter-state water dispute and this matter lies in hands of tribunal but if the interested state is not happy with award given by tribunal, the state can move to SC for the same..as happened in case of cauvery water dispute tribunal(b/w TN & KN). and SC gave its final award regarding the matter, ordering KN to release 2000 cusecs of water to TN.

    hope it will help and correct me if i am wrong..

  7. 5/7.. finally thik-thak score..

    @forumias-7f07ca326ce76cdde680e4b3d568bce8:disqus .. in ques no. 7, both 1 & 2 options are incorrect.

    See the tribunal has exclusive right to decide on matters relating to inter state water disputes and to announce its awards… But if someone is not satisfied with the reward, (I. E. If his legal right is violated due to the award ), then he can move the supreme court through an appeal…and thus supreme court can act on these matters. In the question, it’s mentioned” “in any condition”.

    What I know is the SC has right to special leave petition as per article 136 – which is also a basic feature of the constitution. Hence, it has appelate jurisdiction in the matter of river disputes- but ONLY after river tribunal has given it’s AWARD.

    The Supreme Court would indeed have jurisdiction to decide any dispute between states in connection with water supplies, if legal rights or interests are concerned;

    I am not sure about ”what are the legal rights or interests” as mentioned in the explanation.
    Does TRIBUNAL does not look after legal rights or interests of the disputing states ?

    I request @forumias-7f07ca326ce76cdde680e4b3d568bce8:disqus sir, and anyone with good knowledge on this issue to please explain this problem to me.

    THANKS in advance !!!

    Hi ppl some doubt in the question related to interstate water tribunals … The answer to the question says that supreme court can adjudicate in the matter.. I looked at the act ..it clearly mentioned that SC is baared from any adjudication…maybe I’m wrong somewhere.can someone help in this https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/48658ace1fb9bfd48644f7c7c845f5f61a1230cf9b22164f30e2d1a31dcd524e.jpg

    Yaar Tips Ka kya bataon. Jo test series mile solve kariyo aur analyse kariyo properly. Aur proper revision of material which you are following will help in long run. Aur Question ko hastily mat solve kariyo. If possible break the option and analyse it, Sometimes there is a twist in the option and always see what the question has asked i.e is it asking correct options or incorrect option.
