1. .The primary goal of technological advancement should be to increase people’s efficiency so that they have more leisure time.

तकनीकी उन्नति का प्राथमिक लक्ष्य लोगों की दक्षता बढ़ाने के लिए होना चाहिए ताकि उन्हें अधिक अवकाश का समय मिले।

2. True success can be measured primarily in terms of the goals one sets for oneself.

सच्ची सफलता मुख्य रूप से लक्ष्यों के मामले में मापा जा सकती है, जो एक अपने लिए रखता है।

    Ya it depends person to person.. ?..
    Previous year se kuch jyada hi experience Mila mujhe so again wo mistake mai ni karna chahta..
    Did lot of answer writing practice previous year before prelims but at the tym when u missed the prelims ur all whole year went waste..
    So this year more concentrated towards prelims .After prelims u will have atleast three and half months every thing will be retain itself with high enthusiasm once u have cleared prelims. ?

    The Primary Goal Of Technological Advancement Should Be To Increase Peoples’ Efficiency So That They Have More Leisure Time—–

    In the present globalized world, we are living in the era of advanced technology. Every part of our daily life is related to technology in one or other way. When compared with olden days, we are having better
    facilities and even better luxuries with the help of increased technology.In Todays’ Competitive world People hardly get any “LEISURE” time for their enjoyment becuase every now and then they caught up with some work leaving no time for them.Thus, technological development acts as a substitute for our potential, rather than improving our intellectual potential.

    Technological advancement reduces lot of our working hours.With the help of mobile technology we are able to talk to our friends and relatives who are living far from us. With the help of internet, we are able to learn new things and online courses etc. With the help of
    aviation technology we are able to reach distant places within hours which took years of time to reach in olden days. We are using the all natural resources available for making our life better. With the help of social networking we are able to find our childhood friends, relatives etc. and important events in their life. With the help of information technology we are able to share information to any part of the world with in milliseconds. With progressive technology in the agriculture field, we are able to meet food requirements of people all over the world

    Technological Advancement Has Played A Key Role In Improving Womens’ Position in a day to day life.
    For Instance;In todays contemporary world we need modern equippments ie washing achine,Grinder,Freeze etc to meet our daily requirements it is unthinkable to survive without them .This Is because these devices
    play a vital role in reducing our efforts to regular household chores.As a result Women can concentrate on professional commitments. Thus, technical advancements averts us from doing useless work and converges
    our attention in performing useful work

    On the other hand, there are instances which show the problems with improved and advanced technology or the solution for one problem with the help of technology is giving rise to another problem. Instead of
    taking care personally we are sending sms or giving a call on important occasions which were attended personally in olden days. With the use of same internet children are getting addicted to online games and their physical activities and exercises are becoming considerably less. The same social networks are creating rivalry between best friends and couples are getting divorced. The same aviation technology is giving
    health problems for their workers and creating serious environmental threats. With the heavy usage of fertilizers soil is losing its natural fertility and several varieties of plants became extinct.
    The Concept of thinking OUT OF THE BOX has completely forgotten.For Instance;In days of yore people used to calculate in minds but todays kids tend to use calculator over petty things making them rely more technology.Also People do not want to do physical activity because of exposure of technology ie they do not want to walk for a few steps because they tremendously depend on vehicles knowing the fact walking is so good for health.

    Admittedly,people do not always get LESIURE time to pursue their hobbies,nowdays it is only a word which has lost its significance as people are money minded and they are arduously trying to make more money.Therefore, they do not even spare the leisure time.Scientists all over the world compete with each other, to make people’s live still more easier. This zeal for inventing new things will go on and on, because there is no limit to which people can be comforted.

    However, saving time for people to enjoy more leisure activities is by no means the primary goal of technological advancement, for the main destination of human beings is not amusement and complete leisure. The development of technology should be aimed at resolving pragmatic problems and help human beings to achieve more adaptive strategies against the pressure from the environment.

    In Addition to no machine can equal man’s knowledge and “machines are man’s slaves; not his masters”. Therefore, only the machines have to come closer to the efficiency level of man. Also, the leisure time, provided by the advancements is only superficial. In reality, people get to do alternative work, which will make their life beneficial.

    Empirically, the far-reaching advancement of technology surely has not give people more leisure time than their more primitive ancestors. Technology has not and should not aim at the target of increasing people’s leisure time. It has more important and sublime objective/goal, that is to provide safe and comfortable life of people and to ensure the continuity and prosperity of human culture.
