[A] Council of Ministers to aid and advise Governor.

[B] The chief Minister shall be appointed by the Governor and the other Ministers shall be appointed by the Governor on the advice of the CM.

[C] The Governor of each State shall appoint a person who is qualified to be appointed as a Judge of a High Court to be Advocate General for the State.
