Explanation – A global navigation satellite system (GNSS) is a network of satellites broadcasting timing and orbital information used for navigation and positioning measurements. GNSS find application in number of areas such as precision agriculture, weather forecasting, surveying and mapping, toll collection. However, GNSS is not typically used directly for designing urban areas.
