(All male members, It was a glass Dinner table and all were sitting too close to me)

1st person to go , as soon as I filled all the forms Attender escorted me to Board room and asked me if I want something to drink (had hot water) later placed  heaters near my foot and side and was very positive and kept wishing me


Chairman

  1. – How are you feeling today?
  2. – Can you introduce yourself to the board?
  3. – Tell me what are your short term and long term goals?
  4. -Tell me How have Movies( mentioned Indian Cinema) of last century and present represented Women,What is the difference?
  5. (asked did you understand the question and repeated again )
  6. -How will you achieve your short term goals?
  7. ( not able to recollect some questions )

Member 1

  1. – A long situational question ,started explaining and Chairman kept adding on details to question and all the members were telling more about the characters in the situation and asked for my decision
  2. (Question was personal and were keenly observing me ,this question alone took around 5 minutes )
  3. – Another long situation related to my state

Chairman

  1. -If there is change of government then is it because beauracrats failed ?
  2. -Why even after the achieve their goals people reject them in elections?Who is responsible for the failure?

Member 1 

  1. -What is difference between permanent Executive and temporary executive ?
  2. -Why are permanent executive not able to withhold government with successful schemes?

Member 2

  1. -What is MSP?
  2. -What is difference between MSP and CIP?
  3. -Which is higher?
  4. -Why CIP is given and how should the gap between them be reduced?

Member 3

  1. -What are semiconductors?
  2. -Why is India pushing for it? How is it important?
  3. -What are the materials used to prepare it?
  4. -How does India identify Taiwan as?
  5. -How is our Bilateral Relationship and present Trade?

Member 4

  1. (I will ask you one last Question)
  2. -You have studied Logistics right?
  3. -What are the different components in logistics management?
  4. -What are the different departments managing it?
  5. -How can we reduce its cost?

Your interview is over Is there anything we missed or something that you are prepared and you want us to ask?

After that there was a lovely conversation for 5 minutes on their favourite food and some authentic dishes from my region they also suggested some chaats to me and spoke about products manufactured by government and how it is earning good profits.

Thanked them again😊

Overall I felt the Board was very Cordial and no where close to mocks They treated me as an equal person .

They never dominated their experience or knowledge,  and to questions where I dint know the answer they explained

However, they were neutral and couldn’t understand if they were happy with my answers
