It is the closest instrument to an international arrest warrant. It meant to provide the information to the national agency \/ authority on whose request the Notice was issued.<\/p>\n
Blue corner notice: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) website refers to Blue Notices as \u2018B Series (Blue) Notices\u2019. It says, \u201cThe \u2018B\u2019 series notices are also called \u2018enquiry notices\u2019 and may be issued in order to have someone\u2019s identity verified; to obtain particulars of a person\u2019s criminal record; to locate someone who is missing or is an identified or unidentified international criminal or is wanted for a violation of ordinary criminal law and whose extradition may be requested.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
