Caste plays an\nimportant role in every facet of life. Everyday humiliations faced bysocial\nweaker sections, demand asocial revolution. It can be done by bringing them\ninto the wider Indian democratic experience. Our constitution has many\nprovisions regarding weaker sections, but there are many challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why social\nrevolution is needed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The linguistic accessibility of\nthe Constitution and its reach to the oppressed is extremely limited. Few\npeasants would consider the Constitution as a written word that would guarantee\nthem protection from the landlord\u2019s real and financial whipcord. State of Rajasthan<\/strong> prohibited temples from\ndiscriminating against Dalits\u2019 right to worship and enter the sacrosanct spaces\nas a rule of law.
