Rescue work has been disrupted by heavy rainfall and damaged to\nsupply routes. The local people are seeding with anger against the delayed\nlimited rescue operations. When your team reaches the affected area, the people\nthere heckle and even assault some of the team members. One of your team member\nis even severely injured. Faced with this crisis some team member plead with\nyou to call off the operations freeing threats to their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In such\ntrying circumstances, what will be your response? As long as\nsuch decisions, are not taken intentionally and do not benefit personally, the\nofficer cannot be said to be guilty. They have often been prosecuted and even\nimprisoned. The company hired a reputed marketing executive, who increased the\nvolume of sales within a short span of time. However, some unconfirmed reports\ncame up regarding his indulgence in sexual harassment at the work place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;After\nsometime a women employee launched a formal complaint to the management against\nthe marketing executive about sexually harassing her. Ministers frame policy decisions and bureaucrats\nexecute these. In the initial decades after independence, relationship between\nthe permanent executives and the political executives were characterized by\nmutual understanding, respect, and cooperation, without encroaching upon each\nother\u2019s domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, in\nthe subsequent decades the situation has changed. There are instances of the\npolitical executive insisting upon the permanent executives to follow its\nagenda. The situation has been further worsened\nby unconfirmed reports that local politicians as well as some senior police\nofficers are providing surreptitious patronage to the drug mafia.
