Give Respect<\/b>:\u00a0For your age is the experience of the board members<\/i>, so show respect by body language and words.<\/p>\n

Speak truthfully<\/b>: Truthfully style your answers to sound original, while maintaining your professionalism.<\/p>\n

Be Ready to Justify<\/b>: If you are going to negate the interviewer\u2019s statement, you should be able to justify the same.<\/p>\n

Sleep Well<\/b>: Sleep well before the interview. You cannot learn new stuff in the last minute and you should be \u201cfresh\u201d during the interview. Your ability to think quickly and to concentrate on the questions is very important.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a Conversation<\/b>: Always think of the Interview as the Conversation and be logical and rational in the answers that you give and make sure you are up to date in Current Affairs.<\/p>\n

Accept the fact that mistakes will happen<\/b>: The board isn\u2019t looking for perfect; they\u2019re looking for flexibility and resilience. \u201cTaking the pressure off the perfection valve will help you perform better and will show that you can have grace under fire.<\/p>\n
