One is the Ayurvedic drug <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/ayush-ministry-launches-nationwide-campaign-for-ayush-64-kabasura-kudineer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AYUSH 64<\/a>. The other is the Sidha drug Kabasura Kudineer. Both will provide benefit to the vast majority of out of hospital Covid-19 patients.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong>About Ayush 64:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/ayush-64-ayurvedic-drug-govt-is-recommending-for-mild-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Firstly, Ayush-64<\/a> <\/strong>is a polyherbal Ayurvedic Drug (i.e. use of more than one herb).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Secondly<\/strong>, the drug was developed by the <strong>Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences(CCRAS).<\/strong> CCRAS is the apex body for research in Ayurveda under the Ministry of Ayush.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thirdly<\/strong>, the\u00a0drug was originally developed in 1980 for the <strong>management of Malaria.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fourthly<\/strong>, However, this drug has now been <strong>repurposed for Covid-19.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fifthly<\/strong>, the ingredients of this drug showed notable antiviral, immune-modulator, and antipyretic(reducing fever) properties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sixthly<\/strong>, the drug can be useful for the <strong>treatment of asymptomatic, mild, and moderate COVID-19 <\/strong>infection cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>About Kabasura Kudineer:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kabasura Kudineer <\/strong>is a Siddha formulated drug. It has been found to be useful in the treatment of <strong>asymptomatic, mild, and moderate COVID-19 <\/strong>infection cases.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Siddha<\/strong> is a traditional medicine originating in South India.
