The integration would ensure better\naccess to free, quality medical services.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional\nInformation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pradhan Mantri\nSurakshit Matritva Abhiyan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Launch:<\/strong>\n2016<\/li><li><strong>Aim:<\/strong> To\nprovide assured, comprehensive and quality antenatal care, free of cost,\nuniversally to all pregnant women on the 9th of every month.<\/li><li><strong>Beneficiary:<\/strong>\nPregnant Women who are in the 2nd &amp; 3rd Trimesters of pregnancy.<\/li><li><strong>Nodal\nMinistry:<\/strong> Ministry of Health &amp; Family Welfare<\/li><li><strong>Provision:<\/strong>\nUnder the campaign, a <strong>minimum package of\nantenatal care services<\/strong> is provided to the beneficiaries on the 9th day of\nevery month at the Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Clinics.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Janani Shishu\nSuraksha Karyakram<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Launch<\/strong>:\n2011<\/li><li><strong>Aim:<\/strong>\nTo benefit pregnant women who access Government health facilities for their\ndelivery.<\/li><li><strong>Nodal Ministry<\/strong>:\nMinistry of Health and Family.<\/li><li><strong>Provision<\/strong>:\nThe scheme entitles all pregnant women delivering in public health institutions\nto absolutely free and no expense delivery, including caesarean section.
