These principles aim at guiding <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">joint action to prevent future health crises<\/span> and to build a safer, fairer and more equitable and sustainable world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Key Features of the Rome Declaration:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Firstly, to support<\/strong> and enhance the existing multilateral health architecture.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Secondly, to promote <\/strong>the multilateral trading system and global supply chains related to Health emergencies,<\/li>\n<li><b>Thirdly, to enable <\/b>equitable, affordable, timely global access to high-quality, safe, effective prevention, detection and response tools.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fourthly, to support <\/strong>low and middle-income countries to build expertise and develop local and regional manufacturing capacities for tools.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fifthly, to facilitate <\/strong>data sharing, capacity building, licensing agreements among stakeholders.
