This is done through investments and trade for the development of the CEE region.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The initiative also focuses<\/strong> on infrastructure projects such as bridges, motorways, railway lines and the modernisation of ports in the member states.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Significance<\/strong>: The initiative is largely seen as an extension of China\u2019s flagship Belt and Road initiative (BRI).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Lithuania:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lithuania <\/strong>is a country in the Baltic region of Europe.
