It was initially launched in 2006.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Secondly, Purpose<\/strong>: It has made all company-related information accessible to various stakeholders and the public.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thirdly, Significance: <\/strong>It is India\u2019s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">first mission mode e-governance project<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>About MCA21 version 3.0:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>This MCA21 version 3.0 (V3.0) is being <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">implemented in two phases<\/span>. The first phase has been launched now. The second and final phase is likely to be launched in October 2021.<\/li>\n<li>This version leverages the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">use of the latest technologies<\/span> to further streamline the Corporate Compliance and stakeholders&#8217; experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>First Phase: <\/strong>The first phase consists of the following features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Revamped website of MCA: <\/strong>This will refresh the user experience with an enhanced look and feel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E-Book<\/strong>: It will provide easy access to the updated legislation along with a tracking mechanism for historical changes in the law.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E-consultation module: <\/strong>It will facilitate <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">virtual public consultation<\/span> of proposed amendments and new legislation introduced by MCA from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Significance:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The MCA21 V3.0 <\/strong>will give new meaning to a corporate compliance culture.
