It also aims to share experience &amp; best practices encouraging the transition to a global clean energy economy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Focus Areas: <\/strong>The CEM is focused on three global climate and energy policy goals:\n<ul>\n<li>Improve energy efficiency worldwide<\/li>\n<li>Enhance clean energy supply<\/li>\n<li>Expand clean energy access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Member Countries: <\/strong>29 Countries. <strong>India is a member<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>About Industrial Deep De-carbonization Initiative (IDDI):<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>IDDI is an initiative of the Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Purpose: <\/strong>It is a global coalition of public and private organizations that are working to stimulate demand for low carbon industrial materials. IDDI works to\n<ul>\n<li>Standardize carbon assessments<\/li>\n<li>Establish ambitious public and private sector procurement targets<\/li>\n<li>Incentivize investment into low-carbon product development<\/li>\n<li>Design industry guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinated by: <\/strong>The initiative is coordinated by UNIDO and is co-led by the UK and India.
