The slogan of Sabka Sath , Sabka Vikas aivam Sabka Vishwas needs trust of all stakeholders. So we need to work out a strategy towards ‘trust-based governance’.<\/p>\n

Working to achieve ‘trust-based governance’ requires:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
    \n
  1. Work and social harmony<\/strong> leading to peace and which should check all forms of fundamentalism.<\/li>\n
  2. Reliable data and statistical systems<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Government should empower the States financially<\/strong>, particularly in domains like health, education and skilling.<\/li>\n
  4. Empower GST council<\/strong> by converting it into Empowered State Finance minister\u2019s council to be headed by State finance ministers.<\/li>\n
  5. The finance commission, which now deals with Budget allocations would be able to generate confidence amongst States and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  6. Administrative and bureaucratic reforms<\/strong> to bring about transparency and accountability<\/li>\n
  7. A policy of Coherence<\/strong> to be centred around PMO and Chief Minister\u2019s office.<\/li>\n
  8. Work on EODB<\/strong> through easing permits, checking inspector raj, license raj etc.<\/li>\n
  9. We need 2nd wave of economic reforms<\/strong> to reinvigorate the LPG reforms of 1991<\/li>\n
  10. We need urgent judicial reforms<\/strong> to reduce pendency and delays and reduce the practice of long summer and winter breaks to Courts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Way Forward<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    Move away from GDP based economic indicators to more inclusive indicators of development.<\/p>\n
