Historically<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the Adi Hills region was also known as Abor hills.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>About Cascade Frogs:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Cascade Frogs <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">belong to the genus Amolops. They are one of the largest groups of Ranid frogs (family Ranidae).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>They are named so<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> because of their preference for small waterfalls or cascades in flowing hill streams. Both adults and tadpoles of Adi cascade frogs, are particularly adapted to fast flowing sections of stream.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Currently, there are<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 73 known species of Cascade Frogs.
