{"id":129789,"date":"2021-08-30T18:26:10","date_gmt":"2021-08-30T12:56:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.forumias.com\/?p=129789"},"modified":"2021-09-01T17:54:13","modified_gmt":"2021-09-01T12:24:13","slug":"wcd-ministry-to-celebrate-poshan-maah-across-nation-throughout-next-month","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/wcd-ministry-to-celebrate-poshan-maah-across-nation-throughout-next-month\/","title":{"rendered":"WCD Ministry to celebrate POSHAN Maah across nation throughout next month"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Source:\u00a0<\/b>This post is based on the article &#8220;\u2018Thematic\u2019 POSHAN Maah To Be Celebrated Across The Nation Throughout The Month Of September As Part Of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav&#8221; published in PIB on 29th August 2021.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>What is the News?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Ministry of Women and Child Development will celebrate the POSHAN Maah across the nation throughout the next month.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>About POSHAN Maah:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>POSHAN Maah <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is celebrated every year during the month of September under <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/tackling-malnutrition-challenge-via-poshan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">POSHAN Abhiyan <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(PM\u2019s Overarching Scheme for Holistic Nourishment).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Aim: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure community mobilisation and bolster people\u2019s participation under POSHAN Abhiyan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Nodal Ministry: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ministry of Women and Child Development is celebrating it in convergence with partner Ministries and departments at the National, State\/UTs, District and grass-root levels.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Activities:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During POSHAN Maah, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">activities related to nutrition awareness will be carried out across all the States\/UTs right up to the grass-root levels<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
