This divide in the P-5 nations will only prove to be counterproductive if the UNSC wants to impose any sanctions in future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indirectly recognise Taliban<\/strong>: Further, the resolution <strong>appears to accept the Taliban regime as the default force<\/strong> in Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<h5>How to hold the Taliban accountable?<\/h5>\n<p>The <strong>Taliban Sanctions Committee<\/strong> is going to meet under India&#8217;s chairmanship.
