The policy is under an advanced stage of implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n Under this policy, the <\/span>next posting of a jawan or officer shall be decided as per a point-based system or weightage linked to his previous post.<\/span><\/p>\n The software-based transfer policy would minimise Human Interface<\/strong>.
