The National Environmental Engineering Research Institute(NEERI)<\/strong> has transferred the indigenously-developed saline gargle RT-PCR technique to the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises(MSME)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n Saline gargle RT-PCR<\/b> is a technique that will be used <\/span>for testing Covid-19 samples.<\/span><\/p>\n Developed by:<\/b> National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI).<\/span><\/p>\n The method is non-invasive and simple enough for a patient to collect his\/her own sample for testing.\u00a0<\/span>A simple collection tube filled with a saline solution is used.
