{"id":13430,"date":"2020-02-03T15:53:48","date_gmt":"2020-02-03T10:23:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/factly.forumias.com\/?p=13430"},"modified":"2020-02-03T15:53:48","modified_gmt":"2020-02-03T10:23:48","slug":"budget-2020investment-clearance-cell","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/budget-2020investment-clearance-cell\/","title":{"rendered":"Budget 2020:Investment Clearance Cell"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>News:<\/strong>The<strong> <\/strong>Finance Minister has proposed setting up of &#8216;Investment Clearance Cell&#8217; for young entrepreneurs.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facts:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Investment Clearance Cell:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Investment Clearance cell will be a pan-India single-window clearance system for entrepreneurs.<\/li><li>It will be setup by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade(DPIIT).<\/li><li>The cell will give investors free investment advisory, land banks and facilitate clearances even at state level.<\/li><li>It will onboard all central government related procedures and clearances in a single online form.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional information:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Budget on Startups:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Government has proposed to come up with a policy on the setting up of <strong>Private Centre Data Parks <\/strong>which will provide a major lift to startups that bank heavily on consumer data for their businesses.<\/li><li>Startups with turnover of up to Rs 100 crore can claim 100% deduction on their profit for computing tax liability for three consecutive years out of 10 years since its incorporation.<\/li><li>Government will soon set up a <strong>digital platform <\/strong>to ease registration of Intellectual Property Rights(IPRs) developed by entrepreneurs and startups.<\/li><li>The <strong>Knowledge Translation Clusters <\/strong>are to be set up under new and emerging sectors as well.
