Why is there no uniformity in approach?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wouldn&#8217;t creating more elite institutions like IITs and AIIMS lead to loss of brand value? Do you support it?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Railways don&#8217;t have the cold chain infrastructure to move perishable goods.
