However, suicides among landowning farmers dropped slightly during the pandemic year.<\/p>\n<p><b>Worst States:\u00a0<\/b>The worst among States continues to be <strong>Maharashtra<\/strong>. The other states include <strong>Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Report on Accidents<\/strong>: The data shows that the number of accidental deaths came down to 3,74, 397 in 2020 from 4,21,014 in 2019\u2013 a decline of 12.47%. This is the lowest since 2010.
