{"id":153254,"date":"2021-12-14T18:55:28","date_gmt":"2021-12-14T13:25:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.forumias.com\/?p=153254"},"modified":"2021-12-14T18:55:28","modified_gmt":"2021-12-14T13:25:28","slug":"aim-niti-aayog-embassy-of-denmark-launches-2nd-edition-of-water-innovation-challenges-to-address-global-water-woes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/aim-niti-aayog-embassy-of-denmark-launches-2nd-edition-of-water-innovation-challenges-to-address-global-water-woes\/","title":{"rendered":"AIM NITI Aayog, &#038; Embassy of Denmark launches 2nd edition of water innovation challenges to address global water woes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5><b>What is the news?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/cabinet-approves-continuation-of-atal-innovation-mission\/\">Atal Innovation Mission<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>(AIM), NITI Aayog and the Royal Embassy of Denmark to India have launched the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Edition of Water Innovation Challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>What is the Water Innovation Challenge?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Water Innovation Challenge aims to <strong>identify innovative &amp; next-gen solutions<\/strong> to solve proposed challenges in collaboration with corporate and public partners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The challenge is being conducted under the partnership of AIM, NITI Aayog and Innovation Center Denmark (ICDK) under the aegis of the Denmark Embassy in India and the Denmark Technical University (DTU).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The initiative will <strong>engage young talents from leading universities<\/strong> across the nation and support them in building their skills and applying their technical disciplines and innovation capacity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The challenge winners will get the <strong>opportunity to represent India at the International Water Congress 2022.<\/strong> The Denmark Embassy in India and the DTU will also be preparing the participants for the Global Next Generation Water Action (NGWA) program.<\/span><\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\"><em><strong>Note:<\/strong> NGWA is hosted by DTU.
