The Ministry of Tourism is implementing a Scheme titled \u2018Earn While You Learn\u2019. It envisages to inculcate appropriate tourism travel traits and knowledge amongst trainees to enable them to work as \u2018student\u00a0volunteers\u2019.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This scheme provides short term training, dedicated to travel industry, to college-going students pursuing graduation courses or graduates in the age group of 18 to 25 years.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Benefits of\u00a0\u2018Earn While You Learn\u2019\u00a0Program\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Provides opportunities to students to earn while learning to meet their expenses.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Exposes the students to the world of work before actual employment.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
