The <\/span>Department of Personnel & Training (DOPT)<\/span>, <\/span>Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions has taken several initiatives in the year 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n National Recruitment Agency<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n Lateral Entry: <\/b>To <\/span>achieve the twin objectives of bringing in fresh talent as well as to augment the availability of manpower at the levels of Joint Secretary, Director and Deputy Secretary, Lateral Entry was initiated in 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (Mission Karamyogi)<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n iGoT Digital Learning Platform<\/b>: <\/span>iGOT means Integrated Government Online Training, which is the e-learning platform for civil servants dispersed across the country.<\/span><\/p>\n Capacity Building Commission:<\/b> As part of Mission Karmayogi, Capacity Building Commission was constituted in April 2021 to <\/span>drive standardisation and harmonisation across the Indian civil services landscape. The core purpose of the Commission is to build credibility and shape a uniform approach to capacity building on a collaborative and co-sharing basis.<\/span><\/p>\n e-Human Resource Management System (e-HRMS): <\/b>It was introduced by DoPT to facilitate a digital work\u00ading environment and streamline Human Resource services for Government employees.<\/span><\/p>\n Common Mid-Career Training Programme:<\/b> It<\/span> was launched in October 2021, with a structured curriculum and design.
