The US and Russia will be participating in India\u2019s biggest maritime exercise named \u201cMilan-2022\u201d amidst escalating tensions between them over Ukraine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Exercise Milan is a biennial multilateral naval exercise conducted by the Indian Navy.
