The President will take part in the Indian Navy\u2019s 12th Presidential Fleet Review.<\/span><\/p>\n President\u2019s Fleet Review is the country\u2019s President taking stock of the Navy\u2019s capability. It showcases all types of ships and capabilities the Navy has.<\/span><\/p>\n The President is taken on one of the Naval ships which is called the President\u2019s Yacht<\/strong> to look at all the ships docked on one of the Naval ports.<\/span><\/p>\n The President will be given a 21-gun salute before embarking on the yacht.<\/span><\/p>\n A fleet review is usually conducted once during the tenure of the President.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In terms of significance, the Navy\u2019s Presidential review is second only to the Republic Day Parade.<\/span><\/p>\n So far, 11 Presidential Fleet Reviews have been conducted since Independence.
