Japanese Ground Self Defence Forces have arrived in India For Joint Exercise \u201cEX Dharma Guardian-2022\u201d. The exercise will be conducted at <\/span>Belagavi, Karnataka.<\/span><\/p>\n Exercise DHARMA GUARDIAN is conducted between India and Japan since 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n Type<\/strong>: annual joint military exercise<\/p>\n Aim<\/strong>: To share experience gained during various Counter-Terrorism Operations in respective Countries.<\/span><\/p>\n The exercise will <\/span>include house interventions drills, raids on terrorist hideouts in semi-urban terrain, unarmed combat & close quarter combat firing where both sides will jointly train, plan and execute a series of well-developed tactical drills for neutralisation of likely threats.<\/span><\/p>\n SHINYUU Maitri\u2013 <\/b>It is a bilateral exercise between the Indian Air Force and the Japanese Air Self Defence Force (JASDF).<\/span><\/p>\n JIMEX-<\/b> It is a bilateral maritime exercise between India and Japan.<\/span><\/p>\n Sahayog-Kaijin<\/b> \u2013 Joint bilateral exercise between the Indian Coast Guard and the Japan Coast Guard.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Source: This post is based on the article \u201cJapanese Ground Self Defence Forces Contingent Arrives in India For Joint Exercise \u201cEX Dharma Guardian-2022\u201d\u201d published in PIB on 25th February 2022.
