Customs and tariffs will be decided by the respective countries and these would be finalized at bilateral and trilateral forums.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Assistance:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Asian Development Bank(ADB) has been providing technical, advisory, and financial support to the BBIN MVA initiative as part of its assistance to the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forumias.com\/portal\/south-asia-sub-regional-economic-cooperation-sasec-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">South Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation (SASEC) program.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h5><b>Why has Bhutan decided to stay out of BBIN MVA?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bhutan PM has said that the country\u2019s top priority is to remain \u201ccarbon-negative\u201d.
