The university has been upgraded as an Institute of National Importance through RRU Bill 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n The university offers undergraduate, post-graduate, research degree programmes, and professional diploma and certificate programmes.<\/span><\/p>\n \u200b\u200bNational Forensic Sciences University<\/span> (<\/span>NFSU<\/span>) formerly <\/span>Gujarat Forensic Science University<\/span> (<\/span>GFSU<\/span>), is a <\/span>central university located <\/span>in <\/span>Gandhinagar<\/span>, <\/span>Gujarat<\/span>. It is solely dedicated to <\/span>forensic<\/span> and <\/span>investigative science<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n The university was formed by the Government of Gujarat in 2008. It was upgraded to the National Forensic Sciences University in 2020.
