For example, The CrPC provides for \u2018<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">examination\u2019<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> of blood, semen, swabs, sputum and sweat, hair samples etc. using <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">modern<\/span><\/b> <b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">scientific<\/span><\/b> <b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">techniques<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> including DNA profiling etc,\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:150,&quot;335559740&quot;:390}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The IPA already includes some provisions related to who is subjected to measurement. As per the provisions of <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the (Special Act) Juvenile Justice Act, 201<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">3, the delinquent juveniles are produced before the <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Juvenile Justice Board.<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> The FIR is registered only in heinous offence and the juvenile is arrested. These tests do not fall under the scope of expression \u201csuch other tests\u201d in Explanation of <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Section 53<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> of the CrPC.
