Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications has launched Dak Karmayogi Portal.<\/span><\/p>\n Dak Karmayogi is an e-learning portal of the Department of Posts.<\/span><\/p>\n Aim:<\/b> To enhance the competencies of Gramin Dak Sevaks (<\/span>(Rural Postal Service) <\/span>and departmental employees by training them on a <\/span>number of Government to Citizen(G2C) services for enhanced customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n The trainees can access the <\/span>uniform standardized training content online<\/b> or in blended campus mode to enable them to effectively deliver a number of G2C services for enhanced customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n The training videos and quizzes on the portal are also available in <\/span>12 Indian languages<\/b> to help postal trainees to access training content in vernacular languages.<\/span><\/p>\n Significance: <\/b>This portal has been developed under the vision of \u2018<\/span>Mission Karmayogi<\/span><\/a>\u2019, which was conceptualized by the Prime Minister with a view to bring efficiency in the actions of all the employees of the Government of India and transform the efficiency of bureaucracy with \u2018Minimum Government\u2019 and \u2018Maximum Governance\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n The Meghdoot Award was introduced in 1984 by the Department of Posts.<\/span><\/p>\n The award is conferred to recognize the good performance of employees of Department of Posts.\u00a0<\/span>The award is conferred in eight categories.<\/span><\/p>\n Source: <\/b>The post is based on the article<\/span> \u201c<\/b>Dak Karmayogi: E-Learning Platform launched by Union Minister<\/b>\u201d <\/b>published in <\/span>PIB <\/b>on 28th June 2022<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" What is the News?
