Trade Related Concerns raised against India:<\/b><\/p>\n

Over a third (35%) of the new trade-related concerns in 2021 were raised against various import-related restrictions imposed by India.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 These issues were raised by countries such as China, Japan, European Union, Indonesia and the United States(US).<\/span><\/p>\n

Leading Initiators of Anti-dumping measures<\/b>: India and the US were the leading initiators of anti-dumping probes, accounting for more than 30% of new investigations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: <\/b>Countries can impose anti-dumping measures or duties on imports of a product where the exporting company sends the product at a price lower than its normal value and lower than the price it charges in its home market.
