However, there are two major issues associated with it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> Studies show that remote work tends to stall promotion and career advancement for women. <strong>2)<\/strong> Work from home or flexible work may not apply to all kinds of work.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>What should be done to improve women\u2019s work participation?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>An environment must be created that the home is not exclusively <strong>a woman\u2019s domain, it <\/strong>is also the responsibility of men.
