Low castes mostly do low profile work.<\/p>\n<p>This segregation stands in the way of creating holistic knowledge. It prevents knowledge creation and kills imagination and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>The monetary value of labour is determined by the caste of the labourer and not on the social need for labour.<\/p>\n<p>Caste discrimination makes our democracy full of problems.<\/p>\n<p>B.R.
