It will provide scientific and forensic assistance on the spot to the Investigating Officers(IOs) whenever any such need arises.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Each van shall be fully equipped with scientific tools<\/strong> and a sufficient number of forensic assistants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These forensic mobile vans shall not be under the administrative control of the city police.
