But it is a guide to estimate the storm\u2019s intensity and possible intensification.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>What is the significance of this technique?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This technique is said to be one of the greatest meteorological innovations.
