The USA has refused to extradite David Headley and Tahawwur Rana. China continues to block designating LeT leaders on the UNSC 1267 terror list.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>What was the focus of the summit?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The focus was on online radicalization and terror recruitment, terror financing through crypto-currency, and virtual assets.
