{"id":220406,"date":"2022-12-30T19:24:27","date_gmt":"2022-12-30T13:54:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.forumias.com\/?p=220406"},"modified":"2022-12-30T19:24:27","modified_gmt":"2022-12-30T13:54:27","slug":"year-end-review-of-doptministry-of-personnel-public-grievances-pensions-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/year-end-review-of-doptministry-of-personnel-public-grievances-pensions-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Year-End- Review of DoPT(Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances &#038; Pensions)-2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><b>Source: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The post is based on the article<\/span><b> \u201c<\/b><b>Year-End- Review of DoPT(Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances &amp; Pensions)-2022<\/b><b>\u201d <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">published in <\/span><b>PIB on 28th December 2022<\/b><\/p>\n<h5><b>What is the News?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances &amp; Pensions has launched several initiatives and schemes in 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>What are the schemes and initiatives launched by the Department of Personnel and Training in 2022?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><b>Karmayogi Prarambh Module:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Karmayogi Prarambh module is an initiative under the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forumias.com\/blog\/mission-karmyogi-an-attempt-to-change-the-face-of-civil-services\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mission Karmayogi<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 It is an online orientation course for the new recruits of various government departments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 It will help new government employees to understand the code of conduct required to adapt to the new role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Ethics in the workplace, integrity, human resource policies and other benefits, allowances, etc., are some of the topics focused on by the module.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>iGOT app:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Integrated Government online learning (iGOT) has been launched on android platform to provide government employees <\/span><b>any time, anywhere<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> learning.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 It will provide employees access to the courses available on iGOT portal through their mobiles phones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 The app and the platform will allow all government employees, at multiple levels, to undergo continuous training, depending on their domain areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Probity Portal:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> I<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n 2017, Probity portal was launched for obtaining the data from all the ministries\/departments in respect of number of cases pending for sanction for prosecution, number of major and minor penalty disciplinary proceedings and review of non-performing government employees among others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 The portal has now been revamped <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to improve the user experience and optimize the Portal to collect the data on new data points\/parameters which will help in generating comprehensive reports on various modules.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Source: The post is based on the article \u201cYear-End- Review of DoPT(Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances &amp; Pensions)-2022\u201d published in PIB on 28th December 2022 What is the News?
