Multiple roles are assigned to staff.<\/p>\n<p>There is a lack of facilities for <strong>specialised treatment<\/strong> in our hospitals.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>What is the way forward for providing better healthcare services in India?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Timely recruitment and appointment<\/strong> of medical and paramedical staff is needed.<\/p>\n<p>Nursing school education &amp; information may quickly become outdated because the healthcare field is constantly changing and progressing.<strong> Adequate and appropriate training<\/strong> of medical and paramedical staff is critical.<\/p>\n<p>There is a need for enough officers to conduct training sessions. A <strong>thorough review <\/strong>of the process is necessary so as to ensure that our trainees receive the best education.<\/p>\n<p>Our focus, for the next 25 years, should be on <strong>preventative healthcare<\/strong>.
