(followed by What else twice)<\/li>\n<li>Defence has the largest budget in country and is so important for the country, but you still want to join IAS, Which one do you think is more important?<\/li>\n<li>If both are equally important, then why join IAS?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Member 2<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>You have lived in Bhopal, what did you like about the place?<\/li>\n<li>Apart from people, anything else- architecture wise?<\/li>\n<li>You have mentioned reading biographies as your hobby, Which ones have you read?<\/li>\n<li>Why do you read biographies specifically?<\/li>\n<li>Which biography did you find most impressive and Why?<\/li>\n<li>Okay, What did you learn from Dalai Lama&#8217;s biography?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Member 3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>What is budget?<\/li>\n<li>What about previous definition related to plan, non plan expenditure?<\/li>\n<li>Why did we abandon planning commission?<\/li>\n<li>So, how is planning done now?<\/li>\n<li>Do we have a state budget as well? Are you sure?<\/li>\n<li>What is climate change?<\/li>\n<li>What is the main reason for it?<\/li>\n<li>What is carbon sink?<\/li>\n<li>Do you think artificial carbon capture is feasible?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Member 4<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>You have lived in Chandigarh, what did you like about the place?<\/li>\n<li>Your interview is finished, you may go now.<\/li>\n<li>This is my personal opinion, but according to me, thinking a lot about everything in your DAF helps a lot.
