This network&#8217;s spoke would be a paramedic or generalist at a health and wellness centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 It allows for real-time virtual consultations between doctors and specialists at the hub and the beneficiary (via paramedics) at the spoke.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 The e-prescription generated at the conclusion of the session is used to obtain medications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Significance:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> eSanjeevani is currently operational in approximately 50,000 health and wellness centres across the country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 More than 57% of e-Sanjeevani beneficiaries are women, with only about 12% being senior citizens.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Source: The post is based on the article \u201ceSanjeevani app a great boon for people, says PM\u201d published in The Hindu on 27th February 2023 What is the News?
