What are the different views of the Supreme Court on freedom of press in the past? \u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Romesh Thapar v. State of Madras (1950):<\/span><\/b> The SC held that freedom of speech and expression includes freedom of the press. How is Freedom of the Press regulated in India?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Misinformation and propaganda<\/span><\/b>: The rise of social media and digital platforms has led to an increase in misinformation and propaganda, which can make it difficult for audiences to distinguish between reliable and unreliable sources.
