Malware-as-a-Service (MaaS) is the term used to describe the unlawful leasing of software and hardware for the purpose of conducting cyber-attacks. This service is available for purchase on the Dark Web by hackers. <\/span>It is often used by cybercriminals to launch attacks against individuals or organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the National Technical Research Organisation(NTRO)?<\/b><\/h2>\n

National Technical Research Organisation<\/span>(NTRO) was established in 2004. It was s<\/span>et up after the 1999 Kargil conflict.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a technical intelligence agency under the National Security Adviser in the Prime Minister\u2019s Office.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It has the same \u201cnorms of conduct\u201d as the Intelligence Bureau and the Research and Analysis Wing.<\/span><\/p>\n
