What are you doing since 2020? (graduation)<br \/>\n2. What is this face painting? If u are given scenario to paint on sir&#8217;s face (panelist sitting beside ma&#8217;am) then what will you paint?<br \/>\n3. What is stone painting? What kind of stones do u use? What did you paint on them?<br \/>\n4. Your service preference?<br \/>\n5. Who is the ultimate gainer of Russia-Ukraine war?<br \/>\n6. How is USA benefitting from the war?<br \/>\n7. Why do European nations follow what US does?<br \/>\n8. If you were in place of Zelensky what would you have done? &#8211; Negotiating with putin to stop the war.<br \/>\n9. Wouldn&#8217;t that be against west&#8217;s intentions?<br \/>\n10. So for u saving life of people is more important than saving territory?<br \/>\n11. So what kind of leader zelensky is if he is continuing the war?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1. What is India&#8217;s stand on Taliban led Afghan government?<br \/>\n2. What are the issues for India in dealing with Taliban led govt?<br \/>\n3. Why did US pull it&#8217;s forces out of Afghanistan?<br \/>\n4. They did it I so much of hurry&#8230; Why?<br \/>\n5. Could there have been a better way to pull out their forces?<br \/>\n6. We are witnessing a growing closeness of India with US and greater alignment towards it.. Why is it so?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1. What is Extradition? Does India have any extradition law? With which of the neighboring nations India have extradition treaty?<br \/>\n2. ICC ruling over Putin&#8230; Is it legally enforceable? In not then what&#8217;s the point of such rulings?<br \/>\n3. Why ICC and not ICJ over such ruling?<br \/>\n4. How is it a ruling over a individual and not on whole country?<br \/>\n5. Why only the topmost leader of a country is targeted and not other officials?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1. If you are given a scenario to formulate a team what kind of member would you choose- a fixer or the one who follows the rules?<br \/>\n2. But fixer can do the work easily and give result in a timely manner while rule based person might fail sometimes. Whom will you chose now?<br \/>\n3. If you are an IFS officer abroad, how will you manage a scenario where some of your nationals are arrested by another nation?<br \/>\n4. Indian Foreign trade policy components? What as an IFS officer would you do to increase trade among nations?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1. Going back to the rules and regulations scenario- If a situation demands you to go beyond the rules for better public delivery of services&#8230; What will you do?<br \/>\n2. So you have done graduation in electronics engineering-tell me what is valence band and conduction band?<br \/>\n3. How does solar panel works?<br \/>\n4. What material is used in the production of solar panels?<br \/>\n5. What type of current we get as an out of solar panels?<br \/>\n6. How to convert that to AC?<br \/>\n7. How do we get electricity when there is no sunlight?&#8230; What if batteries are also not there then how would you electrify appliances at night?<br \/>\n8. Isn&#8217;t there any other alternative to solar panels for night?<br \/>\n9. Have you heard of pumped hydrogen?<br \/>\nNow kind of rapid fire type by M4.<br \/>\n10. You know about ASEAN? Full form? How many nations in ASEAN? Is India a member?<br \/>\n11. G20? How much population it represent? GDP? Presidency of G20 (Troika).<br \/>\n12. Saying this question is just aise hi and won&#8217;t impact your marks &#8211; which Indian movie has recently won Oscars? The documentary one? So do you know the name of the elephant in the movie?<br \/>\n13. You are wearing a double buttoned suit- which one is generally used to button the upper one or lower one&#8230; I said the upper one but I&#8217;m more comfortable with the lower one &#8211; asked because when I entered my lower one was buttoned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chairperson-<\/strong> Your interview is over.<br \/>\nThe board was very cordial and smiling. Never felt like talking to some officials taking the interview.
