( low pitch voice , was not able to hear clearly) but mind worked b\/c of high sympathetic stimulus)<br \/>\nLater some how I understood , I have heard that line 4. who is the writer &#8211; I am unable to recall<br \/>\nQ.-What does it mean -more chances of corruption ..bank gets more money , politicians get more money etc<br \/>\nQ. What are the features of drought , how do you know it\u2019s drought &#8211; slow process , level of water body , decreases etc<br \/>\nQ.Have you ever seen the drought &#8211; no sir<br \/>\nQ.Doctor pt ratio -1:1456<br \/>\nQ. Ideal ration as per Un then corrected himself as per WHO<br \/>\n&#8211; 1:1000 ok then it\u2019s low<br \/>\nYes sir but govt said in parliament that it\u2019s now 1:856<br \/>\nChairman &#8211; but now it\u2019s lacking ( assertive voice)<br \/>\nMe &#8211; nodded yes .(jo aap bolo Wo sahi hai Aaj to ) but govt ne to yahi data diya hai recent )<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>only 2 questions<br \/>\nQ.What is life style diseases -gave definition , eg .sedentary life style causes increase fat which caused DM and HTn<br \/>\n( he was also too fat ,got offended ,I think -no body shaming ,just medically obese )<br \/>\nQ . Jhallahat Bhari aawaj main &#8211;<br \/>\nHow fat causes DM and HTn ,explained-looked satisfied ,no questions after that<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>long monologue there is no health policy at present we don\u2019t monitor the infection and out break , for someone doing pollution or infecting the water body that causes the spread of disease how will you make health policy for that<br \/>\n-I said there is already a system ,we have integrated disease surveillance programs that already monitor that emerging disease (1st I thought he is talking about , point source infection but he was asking something else ) then I said<br \/>\none health policy and explained one health concept but he had no clue about that .<br \/>\nExpressionless face .<br \/>\nThen he gave example of disease out break how an Ias taken care diarrhoea outbreak in Gujarat(<br \/>\n<a class=\"text-entity-link\" dir=\"auto\" title=\"http:\/\/Q.do\" href=\"http:\/\/q.do\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-entity-type=\"MessageEntityUrl\">Q.do<\/a>\u00a0you know that<br \/>\nNo sir , but I know the way how to control it .<br \/>\nMapping of the area,identify point source , pt detection ,early diagnosis and treatment , not much satisfied<br \/>\nQ. What is ethnomedicine?<br \/>\nGave my concept of ethnic medicine then asked clarification what does he mean by it ?<br \/>\nIt\u2019s tribal and traditional medicine ,it\u2019s said to cure cancer ?! What do you think about it ?<br \/>\nI said there is no randomised control trial at present but there are claim that it prevents and cure cancer ,<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Member 3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Q. Country transitioning from infectious to NCD .<br \/>\nWhat diseases India facing the , how will you make policy for that .<br \/>\nTold the triple burden of disease India facing with data , told about my policy based on preventive and primitive health gave eg of Health and wellnEss Center<br \/>\nQ Southern Indian satiate performing the best in health indicator .<br \/>\nShould we have two health policy in India , one for north and one for south ( trap question)<br \/>\nSaid no , should learn from South Indian states and implement it in north India .<br \/>\nQ. Right to health bill which state brought , is it right ? Health expenditure very high, if we heard that someone staying In hospital for one month then we don\u2019t believe , how to decrease health expenditure ( I already answered in previous questions, non attentive panel member )<br \/>\nSomeone come to you after orthopaedics implant, after one year, many remove it many left it as it is , what will you do<br \/>\n( they would read DAF carefully,I am a general surgeon and not a orthopaedic surgeon )<br \/>\nI said would decide on case by case basis .<br \/>\nIt get fibrosed usually<\/p>\n<p>Q.some people said proper continuous use of water can cure all disease then corrected himself ,ionised water can cure all disease ,even cancers with help of ionised oxygen<br \/>\nI said I am not aware of that<\/p>\n<p>Q.Do you know Tamil<br \/>\nI said no sir ,<br \/>\nQ. which language you know I said Hindi,English , he said English is not a language and smiled ,(l thought to remind him official languages of country but got the gist he wanted to say that everyone know the English it\u2019s that common )<br \/>\nI said I also know the dialect like bhojpuri, Nimadi, Magahi .<br \/>\nQ .again but you don\u2019t know Tamil !(bhai main South Indian nahi hu ,bas naam hai South Indian )( Soni sir laughed at this point<img class=\"emoji emoji-small\" draggable=\"false\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude02\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0, I controlled <img class=\"emoji emoji-small\" draggable=\"false\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude0a\" \/>thought bhai Kaha se aate hai ye log )<br \/>\nQ. how would you work if you are posted in hospital in Tamil Nadu , I said many go there after UG and learn the language within 4-5 months , I would take the help of colleagues in understanding the the language and learn the language .<\/p>\n<p>I the last Soni sir said something ..again very low pitch voice ,like your interview is over, enjoy your day \u2014was not able to hear it properly,<br \/>\nsaid thank you sir to all , have a good evening .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience &#8211;<\/strong> 2panel members were attentive , two were just finishing there job , chairmen was assessing.
