MyGov in collaboration with the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa will launch – YUVA PRATIBHA – Culinary Talent Hunt<\/span><\/p>\n

What is YUVA PRATIBHA – Culinary Talent Hunt Initiative?<\/b><\/h2>\n

YUVA PRATIBHA – Culinary Talent Hunt is a great initiative for citizens across India to display their culinary talent and skills and gain national recognition.<\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of this initiative is to:<\/b> 1) <\/span>To bring out lost recipes and promote the culinary talent of Indian youth, 2) To create awareness of the contribution of nutri-cereals (millets) for food security and nutrition, 3) To promote national outreach of millets and 4) To incorporate millets in food preparation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eligibility: <\/b>The contest is open to the citizens of India within the age group of 18 to 40 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 The dish should be home-cooked, wherein <\/span>50 percent of the ingredients should be millet.<\/b><\/p>\n

Significance: <\/b>The fusion of millets in this competition provides a unique opportunity for participants to showcase their creativity and innovation in cooking with healthy and sustainable ingredients, promoting awareness about their versatility.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
